[ there's just something about using that on a shitty kid instead of an evil entity. ]
Actually everything I sent to it just got returned anyway, so I'm not sure if it ever even read it. But I'd like to believe it did. If not, hopefully my feelings managed to reach it.
[ he is but fidelio only talked to him twice and doesn't know what the fuck his deal is so as far as he knows he's just a shitty teenager with mental problems ]
Oh, nice. I'm just gonna believe that was the case for mine too, then.
Ah—
[ actually talking about these letters reminds him of the one he sent that was just shit he copied out of a tolkien book forward, so he reaches into his backpack to pull out the fellowship of the ring and set that on the bedside table. ]
[ neither is he, honestly; he still gets a little overwhelmed sometimes when paragraphs are too long, though this is helping him get over that. ]
No worries. Gettin' shot in the foot just means I've had more time than usual to commit to reading since I'm not goin' out and walkin' around so much.
It's a pretty entertaining story, right? Once you get to this next one, into the actual trilogy, things get a lot more serious, and it builds on some old details in interesting ways.
I've never spent much time reading, but I think now is probably the time in my life to pick up new hobbies.
[since the entirety of her life's purpose is sort of gone.]
It is. I see why you all liked it, in that past of ours. Though it is odd - it was a world of only humans, and they're still reading of dwarves and elves and the like.
There's hardly any paripus in our world that even know how to. Never seen so many books in me whole life as in this library here.
[ it's only thanks to count louis... but he frowns as he catches himself thinking that and stops. ]
It's sort of funny. Fantasy books in our world would make up places where there was only one tribe. S'pose it makes some sense that a world where that was the norm would come up with fantasies about the opposite.
Well... it isn't like those books, or anything. Most people live together, in the same cities. And elves aren't... like that, we don't live in the forest and have ancient wisdom. [...] Well, most don't. I have met a few.
But certainly to some degree, yes. There are peoples who hate one another, or who are looked down upon or judged. Generally it tends to be a believe that they are innately vicious or evil in some way.

But it is interesting so far. [honestly to her though it is not a fantasy novel it is just a straightforward story about some dwarves and a halfling.]

What's it like in your world, anyway? You got the tribal hierarchy and everything too?
