I remember a few things. I remember how I was found by the Sharrans - I was lost in the woods and they prevented a wolf from attacking me. Though that memory is a bit complicated now; I later remembered seeing the wolf shapeshift into a man.

And I remember one of the friends I used to play with as a child in the order, though only a face and a name, nothing more. And I can draw inferences from things. The same way I don't remember learning to read or write but I can, I have many skills that I must have been taught at some point.
Yes. Just because I was in the woods doesn't mean I was abandoned. There could have been another reason. They could have abducted me from someone who wanted me.
