[post-party! she is still in her dress but now kind of tipsy and carrying her sandals. true white girl hours.]

I wasn't expecting that, but it was quite fun.

Right...? Even the curses were at least a little funny.

[she never drinks enough to get tipsy, so she's just laughing to herself as she watches shadowheart carry her shoes, still wearing her own heels.]

It was a shame. To curse Marcoh, when he was acting so cute.

Yeah, that one didn't make much sense to me. Who'd wanna go after him?

[though she even felt a little bad for anders and claude, even though they're both annoying.]

Here we are, just trying to have a party to stave off the crippling depression, and they've gotta go and put a llama and bald men in the middle of it.

Surprisingly? Yeah. I think if everyone had been too much of a sadsack to live a little, it would've just been a wet fart of a party, but it turned out pretty well.

Parties where everyone knows they ought to be glad to be alive tend to be the best sort.

Maybe, yeah. I'm not going to go and start getting sappy about it though.

Wis'adel... [a little smile at that.] That feels a tad sappy.

[amused, though. and pleased. glad that she feels that way.]

[she'll come along easily enough, tail swishing curiously.]

Hey, works for me. It's been fun, but better to bail while the party's still good!

[no she is just finding a place to sit surely there's a bench or something out here.]

I'm sure the party is much more boring, now that we've left. And also, my feet are sore. I do not usually wear heels.

Jeez, you could have just asked me to pick you up.

[would she carry shadowheart for this? yeah. why the hell not. for now, though, wiš'adel just takes a seat next to her, settling in.]

You're right, though. Good thing we came out here, or they'd be looking for us and begging us to come back.

True. But maybe I preferred to spend some time with you alone?

I think that's a better idea than the party was.

[a little grin, at that.]

We could count this as that date, if you want...?

Perfect. It was a perfectly lovely one.

[she's amused, a little playful. she likes wis'adel, thinks she's fun, but also surprisingly brave and kind, just not in a way that's sugarcoated.

she smiles at her.]

I'm glad you're here, too.

[she will lean in to cup her cheek and kiss her.]

[she's this close to answering, when she's unexpectedly being kissed instead; a little ripple of surprise runs through her emotions, chased with something pleased and a little warm.

it's nice, honestly. she's gotten pretty fond of shadowheart's company here-- it's sort of like if ines had a sense of humor and knew how to smile? but she can be sweet in a way that doesn't come off as naive and annoying.

wiš'adel easily slides an arm around her, tail shifting to drape behind her as well. probably less cute than when jq does it, much less fluffy, but-- oh well.]

You know... getting cursed yesterday? Totally worth it, if that's where it ends up.

[no, it's pretty cute. i love me tails. also its not like she remembers but the first girl she ever kissed was a tiefling, so there's some echo of a warm memory there.]

Not if I get to cursing you first! Which I still might, by the way.

[there's no edge of annoyance here, though, just that amusement, so it sounds like she's probably kidding.]
