Yeah, things are simplest when you can just cut the enemy down right away. Things are trickier here.

They are. And I find myself minding it more than I thought I would.

I didn't ever expect we'd be solving murders every week, but... yes. I'm not someone who gets attached.

... Hard to avoid getting attached even if you tell yourself that you don't mean to. Guess that's just the nature of people.
